Suitable for complete beginners. The pace of this class is very gentle. It includes asana demonstration, the opportunity to stop and ask questions and extra individual attention.
This class is based on the foundation laid in the first part of our beginners classes and gives the opportunity to build up a solid practice, including all the basic postures and breathing exercises. Emphasis is placed on holding postures longer, and making smooth transitions between postures. Some variations of the basic postures are introduced.
This class will provide the opportunity to progress further. You will have the opportunity to learn more advanced variations and postures and will build up strength and flexibility.

Classes are fun, filled with singing and chanting, asana appropriate to each age group, and the introduction of breath work, deep relaxation, and meditation. This Yoga classes will foster flexibility, coordination and body awareness while increasing concentration and self-esteem.
